This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, submit a service request, or use our marketplace services in Southwest Florida (Lee County and Collier County β Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Marco Island, and surrounding areas).
By using ProConnekts, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Homeowner requests: Name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, service category, and description of the work needed.
- Provider registration: Business name, contact information, service categories, service area, license information, gallery images, and billing details.
- Contact forms: Name, email, phone, subject, and message content.
- Reviews and feedback: Ratings, review text, and related service information.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referral source, browser type, device type, and IP address.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to improve our service.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS and voice communication), and Supabase (authentication), solely for the purpose of providing our services.

- To process and match homeowner service requests with qualified local providers.
- To qualify leads using automated scoring and classification.
- To send SMS and email notifications about service requests, provider matches, and lead updates.
- To manage provider subscriptions and billing via Stripe.
- To track provider performance (response rate, close rate, reviews) for better lead routing.
- To measure ROI by city and category for marketplace optimization.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To enforce response SLAs and auto-reassign ignored leads.
- To prevent fraud and maintain platform trust and safety.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With matched providers: When a homeowner submits a service request, relevant details (name, phone, service description, city) are shared with the matched provider so they can respond.
- With service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS/voice), Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (automated lead qualification) β all under strict data processing agreements.
- When required by law: To comply with legal obligations, law enforcement requests, or to protect rights and safety.
5. SMS, Voice & Communication Consent
5.1 SMS Messaging (TCPA & Florida FTSA)
Checking the optional SMS consent box on our service-request form provides your express written consent to receive SMS text messages from ProConnekts LLC and the matched provider, including messages sent using automated technology (an autodialer). This consent is optional and is not required to submit a request or receive service. Messages include service-request confirmations, provider-match notifications, scheduling updates, and follow-ups.
- Message frequency: Variable β typically up to 10 messages per service request.
- Message and data rates: Standard rates from your wireless carrier may apply. ProConnekts does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact privacy@proconnekts.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the platform.
- No sharing of mobile data for marketing: your phone number and SMS opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your request details are shared only with the specific service provider matched to your request, solely so they can contact you about it.
- Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5.2 Voice Calls & Call Recording (Florida F.S. 934.03)
ProConnekts uses automated voice calls to qualify service requests, and operates a click-to-call bridge that connects homeowners and providers through a platform-owned phone number. Voice calls placed or received through ProConnekts may be recorded. Recordings are used for quality assurance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, training, and compliance.
Florida is a two-party consent state for recorded communications (F.S. 934.03). By using the ProConnekts call bridge, the virtual receptionist, or any platform-routed voice channel, you consent to the recording of your voice and the contents of the call by ProConnekts LLC. If you do not consent to recording, do not place or accept calls through the ProConnekts platform.
Voice recordings are retained for up to 90 days unless an active dispute or legal hold requires a longer period. Homeowners may request deletion of recordings of their calls at privacy@proconnekts.com.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) across all pages and API endpoints.
- Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation per user and role.
- Stripe PCI-DSS compliant payment processing β we never store credit card numbers.
- Environment-level secret management β API keys are never exposed in client-side code.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Homeowner service requests are retained for performance tracking and marketplace optimization. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@proconnekts.com.
