After 30 days, your subscription begins and you're billed monthly. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from your provider dashboard.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated.

Your routing rank score determines how quickly you receive leads. Pro gets +5 and Elite gets +10, meaning you appear higher in the provider queue and receive leads before lower-tier providers.

(Coming soon) Elite providers will be able to lock specific ZIP codes so they're the only provider receiving leads from that area — giving you exclusive access to your most profitable neighborhoods.

Emergency (hot) leads are the most valuable — they convert fastest. Elite providers always receive hot leads first, before any other tier.

Your flat monthly membership is the main cost. On top of that, a small success fee applies only when you actually win and complete a job through ProConnekts — never on leads that don't turn into work, and never during your 30-day free trial. It's a small share of the final job amount and lower on higher tiers (5% Starter, 3% Pro, 2% Elite), so you always keep the large majority of what you earn.

We believe in rewarding commitment. The more you invest in growing your business with ProConnekts, the lower your success fee. Elite providers pay the lowest rate because they're our most committed partners.

It's kept simple — any small success fee only ever applies to a job you've actually completed through ProConnekts, and it appears on your regular monthly statement alongside your membership, so there's nothing extra to handle. There are never charges for leads that don't turn into work, and the vast majority of every job's value stays with you.
